Hornbeam Cottage – exterior

Hornbeam Cottage is a detached and beautifully converted stable block with an open-plan, oak-beamed kitchen and living space. The accommodation includes two double bedrooms with en suite shower-rooms, and a mezzanine twin bedded area with small private loo and hand-basin.

Bedroom 1

The bedrooms are on the ground floor and both have televisions with Freeview.  The living area has Sky.  There is Internet access throughout.

The heating system uses underfloor heating which is supplied by a combination of solar panels and gas.  The well-appointed kitchen has a gas hob and electric oven.  There is a microwave, and a family-sized fridge-freezer.  The kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans and utensils.

The picture above shows the living area.  To the right of the picture is the kitchen area which is open plan, and, at the back of the picture, you can see the stairs leading up to the mezzanine area.

All bedding and towels are included (although the towels are not suitable as beach towels) as are tea towels etc in the kitchen.

The kitchen window looks over the orchard and our fields and out towards the nearby South Downs National Park.

 

 

 

 

 

There is plenty of space to park right outside the door!
